Rosemary published an article in the Journal of Law and Medicine “The Lake Alice Hospital Child and Adolescent Unit: Accountability – The Response to Date”, in the lead up to the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in State Care, which provided context to the Lake Alice Child and Adolescent Unit; ref (2020) 27 JLM 601.

Rosemary subsequently presented a paper at the 2021 Australia New Zealand Association Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Lawyers (ANZAPPL) Conference, following the Royal Commission’s hearings into Lake Alice.
